Complete all fields on the Join Us page including your license number, state licensed and broker information. Since PodcastRealty.com is designed for licensed real estate salespersons and brokers, we must verify your license before you can post your listing and podcast.
Once we process your request to become a member of PodcastRealty.com, we will send you an activation email. Once you receive the activation email, click on the link to start your Podcasting.

Here is a SUMMARY of the steps to post on Podcast Realty™
- Create your podcast audio file. We will email you the instructions on how to record your podcast audio.
- If you want Podcast Realty™ to record or otherwise post your podcast, email the written script / description in Word format to posting@podcastrealty.com
- Email the images you want posted with your podcast in .jpeg format no larger than 250 x 250 pixels. Email the images to posting@podcastrealty.com
- When you complete your audio description, send Podcast Realty™ an email to posting@podcastrealty.com stating:
a. Your name
b. Date and time of your podcast recording
c. MLS Number
d. Address of the property
e. Your license number indicating the state where you are licensed.
